Any service that we already provide can be used via the Maintenance / Support options detailed below. These services include IT maintenance and general troubleshooting, Custom Programming, Website Design and Website Maintenance. For these services we have a Pre-Paid Service and various Maintenance Agreements. The core difference between these options is the level of support required as well as the discount applied. |
All support services refer to labour only. Pre-Paid The AITS pre-paid service works the same as standard service; however, you have the option of purchasing blocks of hours at a reduced hourly rate. Pre-paid hours can be purchased at any time and topped up as required, ensuring you have control over your IT expenditure. Maintenance Agreements Maintenance Agreements work differently as there is a default set of components or work thatis carried out on a monthly basis to ensure that your systems are operating at peak efficiency. Some of these components include remote access to your server or individual system to check for performance issues, schedued tasks and imaging integrity. As a maintenance support client your requirements will be given priority, and you will receive a quarterly report outlining the work carried out in this period and the hours used. You can also use your Pre-paid or Maintenance support option for: - Remote fault finding / diagnosos and administration

- Hardware and Software troubleshooting
- Virus and Spyware protection and removal
- Managing Email Marketing campaigns

Remote SupportHave peace of mind with AITS Remote Support. There's no call out charge and any service hours are charges at a lower rate. Added to this is the flexibility of service time - we have the opportunity to work around normal business hours. If you would like addition information on Remote Access and what option would suit your requirements, feel free to contact us. Remote - RDC This first option is a proper, or true, remote setup. This is using the built in remote software in Windows™ and allows for full local printer and hard drive suport. This gives the end user the ability to print back to a local printer, if that printer is connected to a remote computer at the office. Prerequisites:- Windows XP Profreesional

- Modem which supports port forwarding
| | | | | Other Remote Options Additional methods allows for a quick and easy setup, but in some cases does not support the printing locally or file sharing options like the true remote. With these other methods you generally download a file, install an application, fill in some minor details and let Adelaide I.T Solutions solve your computer issues remotely. These other options can be used by AITS to support your computer systems or they enable you to access your own systems for remote work at any time. |
